WebAR Agency ("we", "us", "our") builds WebAR product experiences for e-commerce brands. Our website is https://webaragency.net/. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of your message. If we work together, we also receive business details, product information, and the 3D models, photos, and files you send for your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly.
Camera and AR viewing. Our WebAR experiences use your device and your browser or your operating system's AR viewer to place a product in your space. We do not receive, record, or store images or video from your camera.
Cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this page and describe what they collect.
3. How we use your information

4. Who we share it with

5. Third party services
- Contact form processing. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by a form handling service, FormSubmit, which passes your name, email, and message to our inbox.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is shared with Google.
- Social links. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook take you to sites run by other companies that have their own privacy policies.
6. Client project files
Models, images, and other files you send us are used only to create, host, and support your WebAR experience. Hosted experiences may be served through third party hosting and delivery networks. You can ask us to remove your files at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep them to meet a legal duty or finish work in progress.
7. How long we keep information
We keep messages and business records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and keep proper records. Project files are kept while your experience is live and removed after that on request. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or limit how we use it, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure connections for our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
